Are Holo doing Real Estate?
No we are not. We have a new digital solution launching called Hub that Real Estate agents can log in to and search our mortgage customers. All these customers have come to us directly for their mortgage. We are giving you access so that you can match with our mortgage customers when you have a property that fits their requirements.

To support the Hub we have a Buyers Concierge team. For this reason we have a Real Estate license which is required in order for us to act as Buyers Agents and operate the Hub. This team is on hand to facilitate the relationship between you and our customer. We will check the property details you have submitted to make sure it meets our buyers requirements. We will coordinate viewings and communications with the buyer. When the sale closes the buyer fee is split on a 50/50 basis.

Why am I being contacted by your Buyer Concierge team?
When we have a mortgage customer that has their pre-approval status and is ready to buy, our team might contact you to see if you have anything that meets their requirements.

How are you protecting leads that we have referred to you for mortgages?
Our tech secures and ringfences any buyers that you may have referred to us through our mortgage application partner integration. No buyers from partners are listed on the Hub or passed to our concierge team. Any buyers you refer to us and the relationship with them are yours.

Partner trust and our relationships are important to us, so we’ve made sure that the Concierge team cannot access that data to avoid error. The only buyers we will ever share are our customers who have come directly to us for their mortgage.

What is the fee for using Hub?
Hub is 100% free for you to use to source buyers. Any sales you close through using Hub are on a 50/50 split deal basis between us and you.
